A wide variety of clubs and societies are attended by students at the College, aimed at enhancing physical, cultural, academic or personal development.
Community engagement and volunteering are fundamental for the College’s extra-curricular approach. The Charities Society have fundraised primarily this academic year for Ealing Foodbank through bake sales and donations. We have also volunteered at the London Landmarks Half Marathon, which aims to raise money for the baby charity Tommy’s.
The College also hosts a Biomedical Society, where future medical students have had the opportunity to learn about current affairs in healthcare. Other societies include Metaphysics and Folklore society which covers topics from the existence of ghosts and the supernatural to the origins of Hallowe’en.
Physical fitness activities are also on offer for the students. Running club take place every week, with some of our students running in local events from a 5k up to a half marathon, and students are offered a local subsidised gym membership. The College also has a football team which has enjoyed some tremendous past results, winning two league championship titles. An annual alumni match is also held, bringing together many former players for a special game.
