Running Club ups the pace before half term

As the first half term comes to an end, it has been very pleasing to see participation in the Running Club expand week on week. This Wednesday, the students extended the distance and lifted the pace, with a 3 kilometre run encompassing a circuit of Walpole Park and Lammas Park in Ealing. Club captain Naoya was the pace setter, completing the distance in an impressive 15 and a half minutes. He was closely followed by Vice Principal Allan Cairns, who clocked 16 minutes. Debutants Kai and Ben weren't far behind, with Ed and Aren learning some valuable endurance tips from Finance Assistant/Compliance Officer Becky. After half term, the club will be looking to organise some club kit, and will also be welcoming further keen runners join them every Wednesday at 3.30pm.
