Medical Science Society: Interesting talk on Alzheimer

27 Jan 2016

As part of the College's Biomedical Society Serafina, one of our year 11 students gave an extremely interesting talk on the causes and symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. She spoke very eloquently to our year 11 and 12 Biomedics.

The Biomedical Society students have the forum to give, and listen to talks, held weekly in our Biology department. The aim of the Society is to encourage the students to stretch their knowledge beyond the Biology and Chemistry GCSE and A-level syllabuses as well as give them experience of public speaking.
