Government & Politics students visit the Houses of Parliament

19 Apr 2016

On Monday 18 April students from our A and AS Level Government and Politics classes took a trip to the Houses of Parliament. As a means of taking what they are learning beyond the classroom the students were taken to Westminster to see the iconic buildings and what goes on for themselves.

Dr Rupa Huq, MP for Ealing and Acton, took the time to show students around Parliament and joked that they even saw “the broom cupboard - always the highlight of the tour". Dr Huq has met our students before, having visited the College to talk to them about her life in Politics back in February.

Take a look at the photo gallery from the trip.
