Further Mathematics at the College

The Mathematics department at Ealing Independent College has three tutors who hold a PhD in Maths and have many years of teaching experience. We offer high quality classes in all Maths modules: C1-C4, FP1-FP3, Statistics S1-S4, Mechanics M1-M5, and Decision Maths D1 and D2.

If you have a grade A in A-level Mathematics and wish to take Further Maths either at AS or A2 level, we can offer you tuition in any combination of modules.

If you wish to study Maths at degree level most good universities ask for high grades in Maths and Further Maths. We can help you achieve this.

In recent years we have had some good students doing Further Mathematics:

Eshen passed Maths and Further Maths with grades A at the College, and then went on to study Maths and Economics at UCL, London.
Ahmed was still 16 when he gained grades A in both Mathematics and Further Maths. He went on to study Mathematics at Imperial College, London.
Vishal passed Maths with a grade A, and Further Maths with grade B. He now studies Actuarial Studies at City University, London.
Kavanjot arrived at the College with a grade A in Maths. He was unable to find a Further Mathematics course in his own area and found the College on the internet. He has been predicted a grade A. Both Warwick University and Imperial College have offered him a place based on condition that he makes the grade.

If you are prepared to work hard, there is no reason why you cannot pass Further Mathematics with a grade A or at least a grade B and be accepted by the university of your choice.
