Staff
The College employs experienced, highly qualified and dedicated tutors, many of whom are examiners or senior examiners at both GCSE and A-level. There is a high proportion of full-time staff who are also personal tutors. This means that students have access to the senior staff at all times of the day.
The Principal is assisted in the day-to-day management of the College by the Head of GCSE and the Head of A-level; they in turn are assisted by personal tutors and heads of the academic departments.
The College has a very stable nucleus of staff so that continuity is ensured year on year.
