Cooking in the Boarding House

 On the evening of the 24th of September, some members of our boarding house turned their hand towards cooking an impressive meal with the guidance of Head of GCSE/Humanities, and keen amateur cook, Allan Cairns.

The boys budgeted for and sourced their ingredients from the local food market, and were then able to cook a sumptuous meal of Piri Piri Chicken with peppers, garlic and thyme potatoes and a fresh rocket salad. These skills will no doubt aid the boarders, many of which will be going to university next year and will need to fend for themselves.
